Most pricing pages for AI video tools quote a monthly figure and a number of "credits" without ever explaining what a video consumes. That makes plans impossible to compare and leads people to buy the wrong tier.

Here is the actual breakdown, using real numbers from a production pipeline.

A video is five costs, not one

Every generated short-form video pays for the same five stages. Using a typical 40-second video published to one platform:
