How do credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits. Generating a video spends credits across the script, voiceover, captions, scene visuals and rendering. What a video costs depends on how you build it: stock media is cheapest, Moving AI Images cost a little more, and AI Video costs the most because a new clip is generated for every scene. Longer videos and higher model tiers also use more. You can always top up if you run out.

What is the difference between AI Video and Moving AI Images?

Both produce a finished video. Moving AI Images creates a still image for each scene and brings it to life with motion, pans and zooms — this is what most series use and it is the better value. AI Video instead generates a brand-new video clip for every scene, which moves more naturally but costs several times more credits for the same length. AI Video is available on the Daily plan and above; the series wizard shows the credit cost of each option before you choose.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. You can change your plan or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and cancellations keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Switching to yearly billing saves roughly 35% compared to paying month-to-month. The prices on the yearly toggle are shown per month, billed once annually.

Yes. The Free plan lets you try the platform and create a video preview with no credit card required. Upgrade whenever you need to download, auto-post, or create more.

What is your refund policy?

Subscriptions and used credits are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. If something went wrong, contact support and we will make it right.
